Macam best jer...Eventho it happen in US, (due to their foods policy) but of course there's lesson for us to learn.
1) Limit fast food intake
2) Eat fresh food more and less on processed food
3) 99% low fat still can make you fatter (as they increased number of sugar in it)
4) Limit chicken intake to once a week?? Maybe...it has been injected with too many antibiotics
5) Large scale produce may reduce cost but it may bring harm to people
6) Always go for organics
7) Manufacturer may manipulate food label, decide wisely.
8) Ada tanah or pasu dan sikit kerajinan tanam jer apa yang boleh ditanam sendiri
Nak mkn pun kena pk yer..But it's true sebab byk penyakit yang bermula dr tabiat pemakanan.
so,
kita mknlah sebelum lapar dan berhenti sebelum kenyang
varietykan kumpulan makanan dlm our daily menu
lebihkan sayur-sayuran dan ulam ulaman
Hm...tapi kalau jaga makanan jer tak guna gak bagi yang smoking yer. Itu semua benda disedut tuh. Ah...korang smoker nih tak jaga kesihatan korang...tak kisah badan korang sakit ke tak...lantak korang ler. Ada aku kesah???
